Where we get it
When you place an order of pine straw with us, we purchase the material and install it the same day. This ensures that the pine straw you receive is fresh. Our pine straw comes from Down on the Farm Feed and Seed located on the corner of Washington Rd and Mullins Colony Dr in Evans, Georgia.
How we do it
We like to perform lawn care service on the property right before placing pine straw to maximize the contrast between the plant life and the light brown sheen of fresh pine straw. After laying the pine straw, we curl it to create a lipped edge. This tangles the straw together, increasing the tensile strength and height of the ground cover at dissimilar surfaces.
What it cost
The cost of pine straw is $7.15 per bale, furnished and installed. We also do delivery only for $6 a bale.
